How do I get started?

Anyone can sell right away. Sign up, upload products and start selling.

How much does it cost?

Zero. It is completely free to list on CREASD and we do not take a fee once an item is sold. No listing fees, no setup fees, no monthly fees. 

How many products can I upload?

There is no limit to how many products you can upload. However CREASD is built to accommodate the sneaker community. We want individuals to buy and sell sneakers in their collections. We discourage resellers on our platform who are only selling as a business. 

Do all my listings get approved?

We want to create a curated list of products on CREASD. We may reject certain postings if the product is not in proper condition or demand.

Do I need a paypal account?

Yes. Paypal is the way you get paid. PayPal enables global ecommerce by making payments possible across different locations, currencies, and languages. With 153 million people out there using Paypal to buy things online, it has quickly become the global standard. It is unbelievably easy to get a paypal business account

How does billing work?

Instant Billing via Paypal. CREASD commission will be collected at checkout instantly after each sale.

How do I refund or cancel an order?

Log into your Paypal account, open the transaction that you want to refund. On the transaction page, there will be a "Refund" button which will refund the payment to the buyer. Once the refund is completed, CREASD will automatically cancel the order and waive any fees associated with the transaction.

How do I ship the sneakers?

When your sneaker is sold on CREASD, the buyer has already paid for the shipping. All you have to do is pack the sneakers and download the pre-paid label. You will receive an email with a link to your pre-paid label or you can access your pre-paid label in your CREASD transaction page.

How do I know my transaction is safe?

CREASD is an official partner of Paypal. There is a thorough vetting process to be able to partner with Paypal and CREASD has met all the requirements to be a trusted Paypal Partner. We currently use Paypal Payments for all transactions within our marketplace.

What is the advatage of using Paypal on CREASD?

With PayPal, you’re protected from checkout to delivery. Your financial info is never given away to sellers. And if something goes wrong with your order, your eligible transactions will be fully reimbursed.

You're Protected if:

1. Your order never arrives
2. Your order arrives, but it's significantly different than it was described

Purchase Protection covers all your CREASD purchases. You must open a dispute with Paypal within 180 days of your purchase or payment to initiate the Purchase Protection process.

How do I pay?

You can use a major Credit Card, or your Paypal account to buy. Once you have completed the checkout process, the money goes straight to the sellers Paypal account.

How does shipping work?

CREASD partners with USPS to create pre-paid labels. All US shipping has a fixed price of $14.95 and delivers within 2-5 business days. Buyer pays a flat shipping rate at checkout and the seller simply downloads and attaches the label for shipment.

Can I return a purchase?

Each seller has their own return policy. If you have any questions, please contact the seller before making the purchase.

Why don't you authenticate?

It is almost impossible to virtually authenticate sneakers (even if others claim to). However, we vet through each listing and seller to ensure we do not allow fraudulent postings. All fraudulent activity will be addressed and the seller banned from CREASD.
